Updates:
We just made an offer on another condo. We'll see what happens. Looks like the market may pick up a bit since the recent news is that rates will go up further and inflation will possibly be increased 2.5% by the end of June.
In other news, we had our "poker" party which ended up being a boardgame party instead. Sheri's team won by 2 in a heated battle! New folks to the party Jeff and Cheryll (

Other than that, just more dancing, more house hunting, and more practicing (we have competitions coming up in July .. two of them in fact!)
